After breakfast in your hotel in Christchurch, check out and journey across the rich pastoral farmlands of the Canterbury Plains to Timaru. Continue south via the picturesque Waitaki Valley to reach historical Oamaru. Travel the old Mt Cargill route, following the harbor entrance to Dunedin. On arrival check into your hotel. Relax and overnight.
Today after breakfast, day is free for you to relax. You can go for the optional tours available in the city like the sightseeing of Royal Albatross Colony, a visit to Larnach Castle, etc. Overnight at your hotel in Dunedin.
